In India, it isn't proper to send a wedding invitation through the mail. It must be hand delivered by the parents of the bride or groom, with compliments and a gift.
The invitation is six pages (including printed covers) and is in English and Tamil. They're delivering 1,000 of them. Is that even possible?

Wow. You would have had a very small wedding if we had had to hand deliver all the invitations.....not to mention the gifts.
