One thing I love about India: There are garlands of flowers hanging everywhere -- over doorways, around shoulders, in hair, decorating cars, bicycles and bulls. Often it's for religious purposes, sometimes it's to celebrate a marriage or graduation or acquisition of a new car. It always catches my eye.
